B2Cstock operations are ran from Yiwu, a town in the East of China famous in the trading world for its small-commodity markets. B2Cstock is however a Hong-Kong registered company.
If there is something good about B2Cstock is their clean record of scams and bad shopping experiences across the Internet. They have been on business for almost 2 years and there are no customer complains to be found in the furthest depths of the most popular search engines. This can not be just a coincidence.
B2Cstock product categories are fairly similar to other Chinese wholesalers reviewed here like LightInTheBox, with which website also share some design aspects.
Overall, the selection looks pretty solid with a good balance between Made by China products (especially Wedding & Jewelry) and branded stuff (mostly electronics).

Ordered a dress, sent it back within 7 days as stated in the return policy as it came wadded up in a DHL bag and the size was not even close and unalterable. Also rough edges were showing on the sleeves. Poor responses to emails and the responses I did get didnt address my questions, they dont speak good english. It has been 4 weeks since I returned the dress and I have sent 4 emails to see if they received it and I have gotten NO RESPONSE and am out $180…. BUYER BEWARE. Will never order from B2C stock.com again, or any other store in China!
I had the identical issue as Kim. Returned poorly made dress within 7 days, NO RESPONSE to numerous emails and yes, I’m out of pocket $180 too…….and now I can’t even access their website. This company is a SCAM!!!! Beware, Beware, Beware……
I have purchased two notebooks of this company in December last year and get everything right to Chile, well now May 10 pedi other items I did a bank transfer but now the website is not operational, and the mail always bounces even I believe already not exists. Happened to someone else can comment jtj_javier21@yahoo.es mail
Regrettably I join the list of dissatisfied & wronged customers of this so-called company. I can’t believe I actually allowed myself to be duped! I ordered a dress to be custom made in April. I provided all the exact & correct measurements. When I received the dress which was to be for me to wear to my son’s wedding, I was horrified to see how poorly made it was, & all of the measurements were incorrect. I immediately logged onto live chat to complain. They insisted that they had made the dress to the measurements I gave them & wanted photos. I gave them photos, including showing a tape measure to show all was incorrect. Luckily, I keep copies of all my chat transcripts which showed the measurements I had given them & so that proved that they had botched the job. Still, “jessica” continued to argue with me on live chat & said”it doesn’t look that bad”….(it looked rediculous & remember this was to be my mother of the groom outfit)I got so sick of it that while I was on the live chat I actually rang the phone number & got Jessica who didn’t know what to to say to me & claerly did not expect me to call her etc. I was finally told that they would give me with a full refund once they received the dress. I received 2 emails to advise me of this altho I had my suspicions. So I paid $31.00 to send the dress back via registered post to the address & person they said to send it to. It was sent back on 24 May 2010 & I was advised it would only take 7-10 working days to reach the recipient. I have contacted them several times & was told that it was not yet received & they would refund me as soon as it was received.
Now, eversince yesterday afternoon, I have been in chat & email war with them saying that it has not been received & insisting that I provide them with a tracking number of the shiipping co etc. I had provided them on the 24/5 & again today with copies of the registered post docket . We keep telling them to check with their PO to see if there is an unclaimed parcel & this is the response:
“Generally, when we ship a package, nobody to pick it up,the shipping company will give us a phone number .with this phone number, our customer can contact the local post office to get the package.
Maybe you had shipped the package. And then it was lost.We had told you every details just want to solve the problem and so that you can help us to find the package. But from your letter, you kept saying that you had shipped the package. But can you give us a proof to see that who had picked up the package?
If you can’t give us the phone number for us to pick up the package, how can we contact so many post office in our country? The same situation with you if we send you a package.Pls understand us.”
These people are useless & you just go around in circles with them. MAYBE the package did get lost but my gut instincts say no.It was addressed claerly & to the person & address they advised me to send it to. I agree that they are scammers & not legitimate. DO NOT PURCHASE from them! I was so stupid to do so but because I live in a remote rural area I was desperate to find a dress.
I am going to report them on the website http://www.econsumer.gov but don’t know if anything will come of that & now have to lodge a claim with Australia Post which unfortunatley if successful only pays up to $100.00.
BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I bought a “custom” wedding dress from them in 6/10. While the workmanship was not perfect, it was more than adequate for a $120 custom dress. I was communicated with in a timely fashion and send pictures showing a measuring tape, to prove the size.
The dress fits to my specifications.
Again, not the highest quality workmanship, but it was lined and material was satisfactory.
